Operating under a shared responsibility model, the office strives to become a prominent leader in information security within higher education. Our objective is to develop trusted solutions that facilitate seamless support for the University's research and teaching endeavors.

We are here to foster a security-oriented culture, make it easy to achieve good security hygiene, establish consistent and comparable security measures, automate compliance procedures, and continuously improve through data analysis.

Security Operations Center (SOC)

Christopher Demetriou - Deputy CISO

SOC's goal is to minimize the impact of real risk scenarios through prompt incident response, while also overseeing the adoption of security-related services and utilizing machine data analytics for informed decision-making.
