IT Restructure Advisory Council

Established in February 2025, the IT Restructure Advisory Council serves as a strategic advisory body to provide guidance, feedback, and recommendations on the restructuring of IT services, initiatives, and governance. The council helps ensure IT restructuring strategy aligns with institutional priorities, user needs, and emerging technology trends.

Scope & Responsibilities

•    Provide strategic input on IT restructuring initiatives and priorities.
•    Advocate for the technology needs of faculty, staff, students, and researchers.
•    Ensure IT services remain aligned with institutional goals and user experience expectations throughout the restructure process.
•    Facilitate collaboration between IT leadership and key stakeholders.
