Throughout the year, we'll share opportunities for UITS employees to participate in university giving campaigns, volunteer activities, and community initiatives.
Bear Down, Step Up: Wildcats Helping Wildcats
Give Food. Give Clothing. Give Back.
UITS staff are invited to bring food, hygiene essentials, and clothing donations to the Student Union Ballroom on Tuesday, December 8 as part of our Bear Down, Step Up donation drive. Your contributions will support fellow Wildcats through the Campus Pantry and Campus Closet.
We are coordinating with representatives from Campus Pantry and Campus Closet to be at the event to collect donations and connect with UITS staff.
Support Campus Pantry
Help provide access to food and essential supplies. Consider donating shelf-stable foods such as canned goods, rice, pasta, cereal, and peanut butter, as well as personal hygiene items.
Support Campus Closet
Help fellow Wildcats access everyday and professional clothing. Consider donating clean, gently used shirts, pants, jeans, dresses, blazers, and shoes.
Bring your donations to the Student Union Ballroom on December 8!
We invite you to bring your food and clothing donations with you to the UITS event. We're arranging for Campus Pantry and Campus Closet representatives to collect contributions at the ballroom. Every donation helps support our Wildcat community. Let's see just how much of a difference we can make when UITS comes together as One Team!
