Thanksgiving Holiday
24/7 Phone and Chat will be CLOSED Thursday, Nov. 28 and Friday, Nov. 29.
- Phone and Chat support will CLOSE Wednesday, Nov. 27, at 7:00 p.m. and RE-OPEN Saturday, Nov. 30, at 6:00 a.m.
You may still call the 24/7 phone line during the Thanksgiving holiday with emergency issues or outages.
Tech Zone in-person support will be CLOSED Thursday, Nov. 28 through Saturday, Nov. 30.
- Wednesday, Nov. 27, Global, SRec, and SUMC locations CLOSE at 5:00 p.m.; Main Library location CLOSES at 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, Dec. 1, Main Library location OPENS for regular Sunday service hours.
- Monday, Dec. 2, Global, SRec, and SUMC locations OPEN for regular service hours.
In-Person Support
Assistance with University systems and personally owned devices available in all 4 OSCR Tech Zone locations during open hours:
- Main Library, lower level
- Student Union Memorial Center
- South Rec
- Global Center, upstairs
24/7 Support Center technical consultants can assist with:
- campus applications and services (email, NetID, UAWiFi, D2L, etc.)
- your personally owned computer or device (viruses, software installation, etc.)
They will run diagnostics and perform basic fixes at no cost for members of the campus community. If your system needs a computer repair service, the UA BookStore's Computer Service Center has certified repair technicians on staff.
