We offer a range of partnership options to fit your organization’s goals and budget.
Each partnership level gives your organization the opportunity to connect with IT professionals and showcase your solutions, services, or resources. Partners may participate in the high-traffic Atrium exhibit area or be positioned closer to the main programming in the Main Ballroom.
- Main Ballroom
- Location for breakfast, lunch, keynote remarks, and other major Summit activities.
- Diamond and Sapphire partners are located inside the ballroom, near the center of the Summit experience.
- Atrium (Lobby)
- Check-in area for attendees.
- High-traffic space for attendees traveling to and from sessions.
- Turquoise partners receive a table in this area.

Diamond Partner – $10,000
- One 10’x10’ exhibit space in the Main Ballroom with draped table and chairs
- Opportunity for five company representatives as fully registered attendees
- Company recognized at podium

- Half-hour 1:1 meeting with UITS executive leader for business area
- Company logo on event website, digital media, and print media
- Company description, up to 50 words, on event website
- Opportunity to distribute branded items, such as pens, notepads, or similar items; approximately 500 items
