UPDATE:

UITS is working with Box, the provider of the university’s enterprise file storage and collaboration platform, to improve your experience.
Box experts will be on campus Monday, Nov. 4, to discuss details about upcoming service changes and answer your questions.
Information Sessions
Attend an information session to learn more:
Box Re-vision – Divisional Structure, Data Governance, and Data Classification
Morning Session: 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Zoom registration or
Afternoon Session: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Zoom registration
Box representatives will joined by the UITS Collaborative Technologies team to showcase how Box accounts will be reorganized, and the new online storage features, including Box Governance for data classification and data loss prevention.
If you manage internal or restricted content, you’ll want to learn about new these new features, which include:
Evolving account organization to match the university's divisional structure, making it easier for you to find folders.
Content within a divisional area will not count towards your personal Box allotment, but instead, use the division’s allocated allotment.
Department administrators will have the opportunity to recapture Box content for their team’s work after a critical employee has left their department.
Data stewards for your division will be able to help ensure Box folders provide security for data classification and data loss prevention.

There's also an opportunity to attend office hours, where you can bring any questions from the day's sessions for the Box representatives and the UITS Collaborative Technologies team:
