U-System Decommission Set for June 30

The U-System, a service to create websites and manage secure file transfers, had login access disabled on June 1, 2023. University Information Technology Services has several campus web service offerings faculty and staff can use as an alternative to the U-System web service. U-System websites will remain online until June 30, 2024, when they will be decommissioned.

If faculty or staff have still have a website on the U-System, please migrate your content before June 30. 

To continue having a public website that supports a university business function:

• Current faculty, researchers, instructors, and emeriti can use Arizona Faculty Sites.
• Current staff, DCC’s and retirees can use Arizona Sites.

Internal websites that support a university business function can be migrated to Managed Cloud Services or Campus Cloud Infrastructure.

• Schedule a consultation with the UITS Managed Cloud Services team to discuss these options.

U-System websites that  do not serve a university business function can be migrated to Google Sites.
