AccessFlow is replacing the current APT (Access Provisioning Tool) and AAW (Access Approval Workflow).
AccessFlow is launching Thursday, September 2, 9:00 a.m. It will be the new tool for provisioning and deprovisioning employee access to University systems (such as UAccess and Trellis).
Please do not submit new requests to the current system after Wednesday, September 1, 5:00 p.m.
- APLs, Data Stewards, and BAs need to complete (approve/deny) all pending requests in AAW by Tuesday, September 7.
- Users who have outstanding training due will need to complete it by Wednesday, September 15.
Any outstanding requests that do not meet these due dates will need to be re-submitted to AccessFlow.
AccessFlow leverages the University’s new ServiceNow platform, and will streamline and automate the access management lifecycle.
Have you provided or posted links to the APT information page or directly to the tool login? Make sure all links get updated! As of September 2, the new links will be:
