Cindy Hawk

Cindy Hawk is the Assistant Director, Book Division, at UA BookStores. She has witnessed the transformation of the textbook market from a time when textbooks were simply new or used, purchased at the campus bookstore, with little or no competition through an era of online competition, expensive digital books, and rental books to the current course materials marketplace, more focused on lower prices, digital content, student access and success.
