Chris Wolf
Chris is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources and Organizational Development for the Division of the CIO, the Office of Institutional Equity, and the University Planning Office. Chris leads the implementation of various HR projects and work with executive leadership, managers and staff across the organization in support of strategic HR goals and objectives.
Chris Wolf has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, serving in various leadership positions within a variety of organizations – ranging from start-up ventures to multinational corporations to public sector and non-profit employers. Prior to joining the CIO Division, Chris served as Director of Talent Acquisition for University of Arizona Alumni Development Program (UADP) where he led the University’s first in-house recruiting services group. Chris is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). He also has a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Chris has a Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University (ASU), and Bachelor of Science in Organizational and Interpersonal Communication, also from ASU. He has additional certifications in International Business and Business Analytics.
