MLK Holiday
24/7 Phone and Chat and Tech Zone in-person support will be CLOSED on Monday, January 20, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday.
- Sunday, Jan. 19: Phone and Chat support will CLOSE at 10:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, Jan. 21: Phone and Chat support will RE-OPEN at 6:00 a.m.
You may still call the 24/7 phone line during the holiday with emergency issues or outages.
In-Person Support
Assistance with University systems and personally owned devices available in all 4 OSCR Tech Zone locations during open hours:
- Main Library, lower level
- Student Union Memorial Center
- South Rec
- Global Center, upstairs
24/7 Support Center technical consultants can assist with:
- campus applications and services (email, NetID, UAWiFi, D2L, etc.)
- your personally owned computer or device (viruses, software installation, etc.)
They will run diagnostics and perform basic fixes at no cost for members of the campus community. If your system needs a computer repair service, the UA BookStore's Computer Service Center has certified repair technicians on staff.
