Veterans Day

The 24/7 will be CLOSED Monday, Nov. 11th.

  • 24/7 Phone and Chat support will CLOSE Sunday, Nov. 10, at 10:00 p.m. and RE-OPEN Tuesday, Nov. 12, at 6:00 a.m.
  • The Tech Lounge in-person support will be CLOSED Monday, Nov. 11. See Tech Zone hours for Sunday and Tuesday hours.

You may still call the 24/7 phone line on the Veterans Day holiday with emergency issues or outages.

In-Person Support

Assistance with University systems and personally owned devices available in all 4 OSCR Tech Zone locations during open hours:

  • Main Library, lower level
  • Student Union Memorial Center
  • South Rec
  • Global Center, upstairs

Tech Zone Hours

24/7 Support Center technical consultants can assist with:

  • campus applications and services (email, NetID, UAWiFi, D2L, etc.)
  • your personally owned computer or device (viruses, software installation, etc.)

They will run diagnostics and perform basic fixes at no cost for members of the campus community. If your system needs a computer repair service, the UA BookStore's Computer Service Center has certified repair technicians on staff.
