There is an ongoing issue with Microsoft services, including some mail-related services, that began at about 12:00 p.m. MST on Jan. 22, causing delays and backlogs in email delivery to Office 365 tenants. Users may be experiencing degraded service functionality. UITS is aware of the issue and is monitoring it closely.

Reminder: Alumni & Retiree Email/Google Changes

  • On Nov. 4, alumni and retirees moved from CatMail (Gmail) to Outlook in Microsoft 365. Log in at outlook.arizona.edu using your @arizona.edu address, NetID password and 2-factor authentication.
  • Your @arizona.edu email address stays the same.
  • Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Photos, etc.) are now read-only and will be deleted Nov. 25 at 5 p.m. Be sure to download or transfer anything you want to keep.
  • Access to CatMail and Google Calendar also ends Nov. 25.
  • Current employees who are also alumni are not affected.
