Winter Holidays and Closure
Between the fall and spring semesters:
- The University is CLOSED Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Thursday, Dec. 25 and the 24/7 Support Center will RE-OPEN Friday, Dec. 26th – Wednesday, Dec. 31, 8:00a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- The 24/7 will be CLOSED Thursday, Jan. 1 and will RE-OPEN Friday, Jan. 2, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Normal operational hours will resume Saturday, Jan. 3, starting at 6:00 a.m.
- The Tech Zones will be CLOSED Saturday, Dec. 20 and Sunday, Dec. 21, and Wednesday, Dec. 24 – Friday, Jan. 2. See specific hours for each Tech Zone.

Visit any of the 4 Tech Zone locations during open hours.

- Student Union Memorial Center
Get help from a consultant with:
- campus applications and services (email, NetID, UAWiFi, Brightspace, etc.)
- your personally owned computer or device (viruses, software installation, etc.)
They will run diagnostics and perform basic fixes at no cost for members of the campus community. If your system needs a computer repair service, the UA BookStore's Computer Service Center has certified repair technicians on staff.
