User Feedback Helps Shape Redesign of UA Mobile App
Using feedback solicited via a survey, the Arizona Mobile app has been redesigned to improve its look, speed and functionality.
University students, employees, and affiliates were asked in December to share their thoughts about the app, which was first launched in 2011. The response rate far exceeded expectations, with about 1,600 users weighing in.
"When we were going in, we were working with communication teams and we hoped to target a few hundred people," said Ami Buczek, principal applications systems analyst with University Information Technology Services. "So many people took the time to provide detailed feedback. I was amazed."
