Voicemail

The University of Arizona uses Cisco's Unity Connection voicemail solution. It integrates with the faculty and staff campus email system (UAConnect) and offers the ability to retrieve messages via your phone, your email, or the Unity Connection Web Inbox.

When you place an order for voicemail, you will be given the instructions for completing the setup process. Your temporary password will also be provided at that time. Before you can access and activate your mailbox, you must have the correct mailbox number and temporary password.

Voicemail is connected to NetID at time of ordering, and voice message recordings are sent to <netid>@ariozna.edu. If you wish to stop getting messages via email, or if you are not receiving your voicemails in email and would like to, contact UITS-Telco@arizona.edu with your phone number and NetID.

Please provide the following:

  • Phone number to add voicemail to
  • KFS account for installation charge. (Monthly charge will go on KFS account for monthly phone service). Third parties and affiliates: charges will be billed to you along with your monthly telecom bill.
  • The name and email address (if applicable) for the voicemail box.
