UAccess Analytics, the University of Arizona's analytics and reporting tool, delivers Financial, Employee, Student, and Research data to colleges and departments across campus. The system consists of more than 100 different university-wide shared dashboards pulling data from over 50 comprehensive subject areas. More than 200 departmental and college dashboards—designed, created, and maintained by department or college employees—are available. Users can also create their own analyses (reports or queries) and personal dashboards.

There are three basic levels of data access: Low, Medium, and High.
- Low: Low-level access to any specific pillar of data typically allows users to view aggregated organizational information and headcounts.
- Medium: Medium-level access (the default level of access) allows users to create and view detail-level reports and dashboards and is sufficient for the vast majority of Analytics users.
- High: High-level access is typically restricted to those in jobs and positions which require access to highly-sensitive information, such as benefits, deductions, and garnishments.
