NOTE: This service will be discontinued February 28, 2019. Please use Zoom for setting up your audio conferences. See the instructions for Zoom audio conferencing, and contact the 24/7 IT Support Center with any issues, (520) 626-TECH (8324).
The University Campus Switchboard Operators set up, administer, and monitor operator-assisted conference calls for meetings involving multiple participants in different locations. Participants call in to a conference phone number. Charges apply if there are long-distance costs associated with any participants.
To set up a conference call, contact the campus operators at (520) 621-2211, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (excluding university holidays). It is recommended you contact operators a minimum of 24 hours in advance, as conference call space is limited.
For more information on setting up or participating in a conference call, see the how-to's.
