UITS provides DNS (Domain Name Service) to the university's wired and wireless networks. This service is designed to translate Fully Qualified Domain Names to IP addresses and vice versa. (e.g. arizona.edu <-> 184.108.40.206).
There are several DNS servers for use by devices attached to the campus networks.
Primary and Secondary DNS servers are:
Primary: maggie.telcom.arizona.edu (220.127.116.11)
Secondary: ns-remote.arizona.edu (18.104.22.168)
To make a new request or change an existing request, complete the DNS Request webform.
