UITS coordinates and prepares University of Arizona departmental telephone listings for the annual Dex Directory pages. UA departments that want to be listed in the business section of the Dex Directory or wish to submit changes, additions, or deletions to current listings need to submit an update form. If you do not need to change your current listing, no action is required.
The deadline for placement in the 2017-2018 Dex White Pages for Tucson, Clifton-Safford, Nogales-Green Valley, Greater NW Valley/SW Valley (Phoenix), and Scottsdale/Paradise Valley is June 26, 2017.
The university has only one opportunity each year to submit listings to Dex for print. Please review all listings for your department and fill out the Arizona Dex Directory Update Form. If you would prefer to print out and fax a form instead, please fill out and use the Dex Directory Update Fax Form.
Note: All listings to the Dex Directory are the responsibility of each individual department. Please check each listing for accuracy. For changes faxed in, including additions or deletions, an authorization signature and contact phone number must be included on the form.

Monthly Charge Per Listing and Per Directory
- $6.20 for university customers
- $6.80 for non-profit customers
Note: All directory listings are billed under the corresponding listed phone number and respective KFS account.
