CatNet is the University of Arizona's legacy implementation of the Microsoft Active Directory service. See CatNet 2.0 for the current service.
Active Directory manages all elements of a Windows-based network, including computers, groups, users, domains, security policies, and any user-defined objects. UA's CatNet enables the management and security of computers on the campus networks.
