Units are responsible for hardware costs. For TLC Extended customers, your TLC support team will facilitate ordering and configuration. TLC Enterprise customers can make purchases through CDW to take advantage of negotiated discounts.
Refresh
The TLC hardware recommended refresh cycle is:

When your hardware refresh is due, your department can order you new equipment.
Departments may take longer to refresh a device as long as it can still be updated to a TLC-supported operating system (actively supported and patched by the OS manufacturer).
