UAConnect Account Types
UAConnect offers several options for emailing to or from groups based upon your department's specific needs. These options include:
- Department Accounts can be used to send email from a department or group rather than a specific individual (e.g., FSO-ITSupport, NROTC, or Alumni.).
- Service Accounts are the same as shared Department accounts but require a separate password.
- Designated Campus Colleagues can be used by UA affiliates who need UAConnect email accounts.
- CatWorks Accounts can be used by student workers who need UAConnect email accounts.
