This article shares information regarding Microsoft Office 365 templates.  The University of Arizona default template is the one with the red bar and UA logo. 

There is an alternate high-contrast option. To change the template, follow these steps:

1. Click on the gear icon on the upper right side of the menu bar.
   
2. Click on the small triangle at Themes to see the options. 
   
3. Click on the blue square and click Save
4. This will activate the High-Contrast theme. 
   
   

If you find the Office 365 background too bright, there is not a Microsoft theme available with a dark background. However, most browsers have an extension available that lets you darken or change website colors.

You can search your browser's web store for all available extensions, but here are a few recommendations:

• Edge: Turn Off the Lights
• Safari: Freestyler
