Cisco CallManager Web Application for VoIP Phones
Cisco CallManager is a web application included with VoIP telephone service. It allows you to change and update your phone settings without having to contact UITS Telecommunications Services. You can control phone features (line display, call forward, etc.) as well as establish and customize phone services (speed dials, personal address books, fast dials, etc.).
Go to the UCM User website at https://ccm-pub.voip.telcom.arizona.edu/ccmuser. Log in with your NetID and password.
- If have not been given confirmation that your UCM User account has been set up with your VoIP phone, please contact UITS Telecommunications Services at (520) 621-8999 or UITSfirstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you are unable to access the Cisco CallManager User website, make sure you are on campus or logged in through the Campus VPN from off-campus.
