This article describes the desktop client set up requirements for CatMail - which is another name for student email at UA.  Some of the things covered are making sure IMAP is enabled and explaining the Secondary Password for CatMail.

CatMail is hosted on Google Workspace, and it is recommended to use an email client configured for modern authentication.
