Service Affected: NetID+ phone call authentication method.
Date and Time: Monday, March 25th, 2019 from 8:00 p.m. to Tuesday, March 26th at 6:00 a.m.
Impact to Campus: Some university micro-campus users might not be able to log in using the NetID+ phone-authentication method, as the phone call is never received. Other authentication methods (ie: codes, texts, bypass-codes) are still functioning.
Planned Operation: UITS was able to confirm that DuoMobile service is operational.
