[ALL CLEAR] NetID+ Phone Call Authentication Method Failure on Monday, November 5th, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:20 a.m.Overview: NetID+ Phone calls arrive after a large delay causing a timeout in service.
Service Affected: [ALL CLEAR] NetID+, phone-authentication method.
Date and Time: Monday, November 5th, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:20 a.m.
Impact to Campus: Users were unable to log in using the NetID+ phone-authentication method. Other authentication methods (ie: codes, texts, bypass-codes) were still functioning.
Planned Operation: Our DUO service provider was able to restore service functionality.
