Intermittent errors were reported until the all-clear from the vendor on Tuesday, October 2nd, at 8:43 a.m.
Overview: D2L was not loading word documents.

Impact to Campus: Students received an error that their document could not be converted for content. Students could download the file as a workaround.
Planned Operation: UITS worked with the vendor who restored service functionality.
