Overview: There was intermittent connectivity to UAccess Systems.
Services Affected: UAccess Student services, including Student Center, Guest Center, Instructor Center, and Administrative Staff.
Date and Time: Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 10:25 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
Impact to Campus: Users experienced intermittent connectivity when connecting to UAccess Student side services.
Planned Operation: UITS technicians were able to resolve the issue with UAccess connectivity.
