[ALL CLEAR] Network Outage - Sunday, April 9th, 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.ALL CLEAR: Technicians were able to locate the source of the issue last night around 10:30 p.m. and have been monitoring activity overnight.
Overview: There were intermittent network connectivity issues for users authenticating in to U of A services.
Date and Time: Sunday, April 9th, 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Services Affected: D2L, UAccess, Catmail, and other WebAuth protected services
Impact to Campus: Users were unable to access multiple university services.
Planned Operation: The issue was resolved Sunday at 10:30 p.m. UITS continued to monitor for recurrence overnight.
